Rules & Regulations :
1. Don’t use the existing LOGO of Chandernagore Sakti Sangha
2. LOGO should be unique(own creation) in nature.
3. Only 16 years old and above can participate.
4. Maximum 4 nos. of design can be submitted.
5. There is no restriction of using colors and logo size, but in case of black & white, the LOGO should be clearly visible for 5 mm x 5 mm.
6. LOGO can be hand drawn but in that case it should be made in A4 size Art Paper in 4” x 4” size.
7. Use of drawing instruments are permitted.
8. Drawing made in Pencil is not permitted.
9. Hand drawn LOGO should be submitted physically in Library itself between 5 PM to 7 PM.
10. Files should be submitted in CDR, AI, PDF, PSD or JPEG format.
11. LOGO design can be sent by way of E-mail or WhatsApp.
12. Last date for submission of LOGO is 20 th May-2023.
13. Competitors should mention Name, Age, Gender in Capital letters and one line declaration that participant have read and agreed all the rules and regulations.
14. Members of Sakti Sangha can not participate in the Competition.

15.Watermark can be added but place it as it should not hamper the design during judgement.
16. Winner have to acknowledge and agree that all copyright and other rights in the logo including rights in the drawings, text or any other content submitted to Chandernagore Sakti Sangha in respect of this competition shall be solely and exclusively owned by the Chandernagore Sakti Sangha.

17. After winning, participant agree to assign absolutely to Chandernagore Sakti Sangha  without charge all intellectual property rights, including the right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, license and/or otherwise deal with (whether for commercial and non-commercial purpose) the submitted logo design(s).

18. The decision of the examiner and committee is final.

19. All participants agree to deliver the main file (raw design without watermark) after winning the contest.

SELECTED WINNER OF LOGO WILL BE REWARDED.
